By attending an event organised by Honey Badger Events, adult (over 18) attendees are informed that photographic images and video footage may be captured during the event. These images and videos may feature attendees and may be utilised for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, advertisements, and other marketing materials associated with Honey Badger Events.
Attendees are assured that Honey Badger Events is committed to respecting privacy and handling all captured content responsibly. The organisation will not use images or video in a manner that would be considered defamatory, offensive, or misleading. Captured content will be used solely for the purposes outlined herein and in accordance with applicable laws.
By attending the event, attendees are deemed to have consented to the recording of their image and its potential use in promotional materials. If an attendee has any concerns or inquiries regarding this policy, they are encouraged to address them with event organisers prior to or during the event.
